Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser El Khelaifi described his club’s win over Barcelona as ‘the best of my life’.
The Qatar businessman, a former professional tennis player, saw the Ligue 1 outfit record a memorable 3-2 victory over Luis Enrique’s men at the Parc des Princes, and could not hide his delight.
“This is the most beautiful victory of my life. We deserved it. That’s what everyone wanted and these three points are very important to us,” El Khelaifi told BeIn Sports.
“We’ve had three very difficult weeks with four draws in five games and I was hoping tonight would be a wake-up call.
“I’m very proud of the team and the Coach,” he added.
