Alvaro Negredo completed a full Valencia training session for the first time since his loan move from Manchester City.
Marca reports the striker was able to match his teammates’ exertions in the session on Friday and even after a collision with a colleague, didn’t drop out, although did note some soreness in his previously broken foot.
Valencia Coach Nuno Espirito had predicted Negredo was close to a return, having fractured the fifth metatarsal of his right foot while in pre-season training with City.
