Joan Capdevila has insisted that Barcelona’s Jordi Alba will one day be better than Roberto Carlos.
The 24-year-old has become a mainstay in the Blaugrana starting XI since his move from Valencia, and is quickly establishing himself as one of the first names on the teamsheet for Spain.
And the former Espanyol defender has claimed that Alba will be one of the best in history.
"Of course he was going to go one better than me. Jordi is an incredible talent,” he told Marca.
"He's on course to fast become the best in the world. He'll be better than Roberto Carlos.”
