Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is not paying attention to reports linking him with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona.
The Argentine midfielder is currently on a season-long loan deal at Los Verdiblancos from PSG and there is an option for Betis to complete his signing for €22m.
“I do not know if Madrid or Barça asked for me, I focus on Betis,” Lo Celso told France Football, in quotes cited by Marca.
“One tries not to pay attention to those things and to keep focused on doing things like I am already doing, to try and keep improving.
“I’m focused on doing my best and helping Betis to finish as high as possible in the league, we will see what happens with the passing of time.
“At Betis I feel very comfortable with the style of football and how we play, the Coach’s idea of football is something that I like.
“I knew I was coming to one of the most competitive leagues in the world and I feel very comfortable in Spain, it is better suited to an Argentine than France is.
“Here it is much more similar, especially because of the language – it is different of course but very nice.”
