Barcelona and Real Madrid both want to sign midfielder Giovani Lo Celso, currently on loan at Real Betis from Paris Saint-Germain, claim reports.
The Argentine midfielder is currently on a season-long loan deal at Los Verdiblancos from PSG and there is an option for Betis to complete his signing for €22m.
A report in El Desmarque carries news of the interest from both sides of El Clasico in the talented 22-year-old, who has netted 12 goals this campaign.
“This is not the first time I have said this, but I am very happy and I am enjoying my football,” Lo Celso said, in quotes carried by Marca, late last year.
“Betis are the right club for me, I still have a lot to learn and I plan to do that here.”
Lo Celso joined PSG from Argentine club Rosario Central in 2016.
