Matteo Darmian, Daley Blind and Luke Shaw all have questionable futures with the club, while Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia do not provide long-term solutions.
22-year-old Gaya, who has started 25 La Liga matches for Los Che this campaign, is thought to be available for between €25-30m.
