Morata and Sarabia score twice as Spain score five to make easy work of Iceland

Spain claimed a comfortable win over Iceland this evening to make it two from two in their international friendlies.

Luis Enrique‘s men saw off Albania last week and followed it up with a comfortable win at Riazor.

Spain dominated from the early moments in the game but took some time to finally break through.

When La Roja did break through, they didn’t look back.

Alvaro Morata scored with a fine dummy and finish in the 36th minute and followed that up with a goal from the penalty spot moments later.

After the break, young sensation Yeremy Pino scored after coming off the bench, and Pablo Sarabia took his chance to impress after coming off the bench.

Sarabia turned home two excellent crosses from Marcos Alonso, one with his foot and another with his head.

And that rounded off the scoring, with Spain pulling off a 5-0 win.

It’s excellent preparation for the World Cup, and La Roja will want t continue their fine form throughout this year to head to Qatar on cloud nine.
