West Ham goal keeper Roberto Jimenez has joined La Liga side Alaves on loan until the end of the season.
The Spanish keeper has endured a nightmare start to life at the London Stadium, after signing two year deal at the start of the season, following his release from Espanyol in the summer.
He has made just eight Premier League appearances, alongside a series of high profile errors under former Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini so far this season.
New manager David Moyes has indicated that Roberto has no future at the club, by resigning Darren Randolph from Middlesbrough, to provide back up to Polish international Lukasz Fabianksi.
That opened the door for an exit from the club, and the Basque side have now officially confirmed the move until the end of the 2019-20 campaign, with manager Asier Garitano looking to add to the recent additions of on loan pair Victor Camarasa and Ismael Gutierrez.
Garitano's previous back up keeper, Antonio Sivera Salva, has joined Segunda Division side Almeria on loan until the end of the season, and Roberto will act as back up to first choice Fernando Pacheco.
