Atletico Madrid and Premier League side Crystal Palace are both keen on signing Angers defender Rayan Aït-Nouri, say L’Equipe.
Born in France, Aït-Nouri – aged 18 – is of Algerian descent and was capped twice at Under-21 level for Les Bleus in 2019.
The left-back is said to have already held primary talks with South London club Palace with a view to a future move, with Atleti also monitoring his progress.
The player is contracted French team Angers until the summer of 2021 with super-agent Jorge Mendes now adding the player to his portfolio of players.
Aït-Nouri is said to have a transfer valuation of upwards of €30m which is said to be a primary complication for any move taking place.
This is his breakthrough season in the French top flight, where he has made 16 appearances – 15 of which have been starts – and leading to European sides circling for his signature.
