PSG ask for Vinicius in Neymar swap deal with Real Madrid

Paris Saint-Germain have ambitiously asked Real Madrid to include Vinicius Junior in a swap deal with Neymar, report Marca.

Los Blancos are said to be keen on pipping El Clasico rivals Barcelona to the Brazilian star, with the Parisians more willing to sell the player to the Spanish capital club.

However, neither Spanish side can afford Neymar in monetary terms alone and must include players in any deal to make a transfer feasible.

It is said by the report that the French champions want both Luka Modric and Vinicius Junior, signed from Flamengo a year ago, to be included in a deal to take Neymar to the Santiago Bernabeu.

The 19-year-old has enjoyed an excellent debut campaign in the Spanish capital, with four goals in 19 starts in all competitions in 2018-19.

PSG’s interest in the player is driven by sporting director Leonardo but Madrid have ruled out the teenager being included in any deal – he is non-transferrable.

However, the report adds that Madrid are still attentive to the situation surrounding Neymar, who is talking to Barcelona this week.
