Striker Luis Muriel has confirmed he wants to turn his loan deal at Fiorentina from Sevilla into a permanent move this summer.
The Colombian international has netted seven goals in ten appearances for La Viola since the January loan switch from the Andalusian club.
“It’s great to be here,” Muriel told Corriere dello Sport.
“The fans support us because they see the sacrifices we make. I’m a man of my word, I showed it by accepting Fiorentina’s offer.
“Milan and the Viola offered me the same guarantees, but when I made my decision I didn’t look at the table: I gave my word to the Viola and I stuck by it.”
