Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke has been ruled out of today's derby with Real Madrid with a muscular injury.
He is joined on the sidelines by Stefan Savic and Diego Costa, with the latter recovering from foot surgery,
However skipper Diego Godin and midfielder Saul Niguez both return to the squad after missing last weekend's defeat at home to Real Betis.
Manager Diego Simeone has also called up Victor Mollejo and Francisco Montero from the club's academy to bolster his 19-man squad for the visit of rivals Real to the Wanda Metropolitano.
