A trio of clubs are trying to sign Real Valladolid defender Fernando Calero whose contract contains an €11m release clause, report Cadena Ser.
Arsenal, Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund are all said to have registered an interest in the central defender, who has started 14 La Liga matches this campaign.
The 23-year-old has impressed in the heart of defence for Valladolid this season and has led to him being linked to a series of big-hitting European clubs.
The report clarifies Calero’s contract contains an €11m release clause although it is not yet clear if any approaches will come in January or if clubs will wait until the summer transfer window opens.
