Atletico Madrid defender Stefan Savic has returned to the club after suffering concussion on international duty with Montenegro.
The defender – who captains his national side – scored in Monday’s 2-0 victory over Lithuania before being substituted off ten minutes from time.
Savic is already suspended for Atleti’s upcoming league game with Eibar but joins a growing injury list which includes Juanfran and Santiago Arias – who has suffered a rib injury.
The former Manchester City and Fiorentina defender was dismissed in Atleti’s final league game before the international break, a 2-0 loss at Celta Vigo.
