Leganes have completed the signing of striker Youssef En-Nesyri on a five-year contract, it has been confirmed.
The 21-year-old, who was included in his country’s World Cup squad in Russia and scored against Spain in the group stages, with his Malaga contract containing a €10m release clause.
Interestingly, he is the third striker to have played for the Andalusian club last season to move to the Butarque, following on from Diego Rolan and Michael Santos.
They have joined a number of new arrivals at Mauricio Pellegrino’s side including Kenneth Omeruo, Jose Arnaiz and Guido Carrillo.
Malaga were relegated from Spain’s top flight last season and are undergoing wholesale changes as they attempt to bounce back at the first attempt.
