Yerry Mina not in Barca training

Barcelona defender Yerry Mina has not trained with the club’s first-team on Tuesday as he looks set to leave the club this week.

The central defender has been linked to Manchester United, Everton and Lyon while Barca’s signing of Clement Lenglet this summer appears to force his hand for a permanent move.

Marca report on Tuesday that Mina was not involved in first-team training and due to the club not communicating an injury, it appears to be a transfer-related issue.

The Blaugrana paid Palmeiras €11.6m for Mina in January, but he has played just five times for the Spanish champions.

The 23-year-old netted three goals in the World Cup as he impressed with Colombia and he has been linked to a host of clubs this summer.

It is believed a deal could be struck for Mina in the region of €40m.
