Barcelona defender Yerry Mina could join Sevilla on loan as part of the deal which takes Clement Lenglet to the Catalan giants, say reports in the Spanish press.
ABC de Sevilla say Barca ‘have their heart set’ on the signing of Lenglet and are willing to trigger his €35m release clause this summer.
However, that would leave Colombian defender Mina behind the potential new signing along with Samuel Umtiti, Gerard Pique and Thomas Vermaelen.
Reports in the Catalan papers El Mundo Deportivo and Diario Sport say Mina wants to stay at the Camp Nou and fight for a place but the club would rather move him on.
Mina arrived at Barca in January from Brazilian club Palmeiras but featured in only five league games before starring for his nation at this summer’s World Cup.
