Celta Vigo new boy Okay Yokuslu has revealed what his new club can expect of him. ‘People say I remind them of Nemanja Matic.’
Okay joined Celta from Trabzonspor earlier in the week, and the Turkey international explained he relished both the physical and tactical sides of the game.
“People say that I remind them of Matic,” he told Celta Media.
“I like physical contact, but I also want the ball and like organising the midfield. When I’m on the pitch, I go out to give 100 percent. I can promise that.
“I know Celta, they’ve been playing good football and I hope to improve them. La Liga? It’s the best League in the world, my favourite with the Premier League.
“Vigo? It looks like my city in Turkey [Izmir], it’s also near the sea and it rains a lot here. I think I’ll find it easy to adapt. It’s a nice city.”
