Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet has hailed the Champions League match-winner Wissam Ben Yedder following his double at Old Trafford.
Los Rojiblancos became only the second visiting team to win at Manchester United under Jose Mourinho’s rein and the club reached their first quarter final in the competition in 60 years.
“It is an incredible moment and a privilege for us as players to enter the history of this club,” Lenglet told Cadena Cope.
“The plan of our Coach worked very well, we all have a huge respect for him and carried out his orders to what he wished.
“I am very happy for Ben Yedder; he works so hard and yet does not get many minutes so to make this impact is special.
“We defended very well and we deserved our victory, we worked on set pieces and maximising our opportunities in the match.
“I do not care who we draw next in the competition.”
