Getafe Coach Jose Bordalas believes his side’s clash with Deportivo La Coruna on Wednesday will be their ‘toughest match of the season’.
Depor lie two points and two places from safety, while Getafe are flying this season – a win would lift them into 8th position in the standings.
“It will be the most complicated match of the season for us,” Bordalas told his pre-match press conference.
“They are a team who arrives with a great need for points and under Seedorf they have imporved a lot, they now play either to be or not to be in the top flight.
“They will be at their top level and we must be alert as to their danger and make sure they do not surprise us, each of our players need to be at their best.
“Juan Cala’s departure? I have mentioned before, but he is a big loss for us and is a footballer who has given us a lot.”
