Real Murcia have sacked Coach Manolo Sanlucar after winning only one of their opening seven Segunda B matches.
Los Pimentoneros will play two Copa Del Rey matches against Barcelona after wins over Cacereno, Racing Ferrol and Olot but have not replicated that form in the league.
Having won only seven points from seven league games, they sit 13th in the standing in Segunda B IV and suffered a home defeat to rivals UCAM Murcia earlier this month.
Former boss Jose Miguel Campos has been mentioned by Marca as a possible replacement for Sanlucar at the Nueva Condomina.
Real Murcia host Barcelona on 25 October before the return leg at the Camp Nou on 29 November.
