Emre Mor assures “the more pressure there is, the more motivated I feel” after being unveiled as a Celta Vigo player.
Mor became Celta’s record signing at the end of the summer, joining from Borussia in a deal worth an initial €13m, and the Turkish attacker believes he is ready to become a star in La Liga.
“The people who believe in me understand that going to Celta is the right step for me,” he explained.
“It’s where I can grow as a player. I’ve always wanted to play in La Liga. I’ve seen [Celta] play a lot. They’ve always caused problems for big teams.
“Young players improve here. I’ve felt very good since my first day here and there’s a great family.
“I feel more comfortable on the right or through the middle. The more pressure there is, the more motivated I feel.
“I want us to play good football and do our bit so we can go as far as possible.”
