Jemez offers rival Coach a fight?

Cruz Azul Coach Paco Jemez has told Ricardo La Volpe, "On Saturday we'll find a quiet secluded spot and sort this out like men" following an exchange of words.

The former Rayo Vallecano and Granada boss is struggling to adapt to his new role in Mexico as his Cruz Azul side languish in 16th in the 18-team top flight, with Club America boss La Volpe claiming he was ‘full of hot air’.

"I'm not one to talk about other managers as I respect them, but those who are sent over to Mexico and are full of hot air,” stated the former Mexico Coach, who’s side take on Jemez’s on Saturday.

After a 3-0 win over Querétaro 3-0 in Copa MX on Wednesday night, Jemez – who was touted for the Spanish national team job last summer – responded: "I'll say to Ricardo La Volpe that if he has anything to say to me on Saturday, before or after the game, then he can accompany me to a quiet secluded spot, where no-one can see us, where no-one can bother us and then we'll sort out our differences like men!"
