Sevilla have reportedly agreed a deal to sign France Under-21 defender Clement Lenglet from Nancy.
According to Marca, the transfer only lacks official confirmation, with Sevilla paying around €5m for the 21-year-old.
Nancy had promised Lenglet a summer move, but the situation has accelerated following the Andalusians’ interest.
The centre-back broke through in the 2014-15 season and has gone on to make almost 100 appearances for Nancy.
His performances have also seen him linked with the likes of Monaco and Italian champions Juventus.
Given Lenglet is left-footed, his arrival should facilitate Thimothee Kolodziejzcak’s proposed switch to Borussia Monchengladbach.
