Malaga midfielder Ignacio Camacho may yet depart the club this season as talks on a new contract have stalled, say reports in Spain.
The 26-year-old had agreed personal terms with English Premier League club West Bromwich Albion in August but the move collapsed as talks between the two clubs broke down over installments of the transfer fee.
Marca report that the Midlands club are 'still fresh' in the mind of the midfielder and that despite Malaga opening up new contract talks with Camacho in September, there has been no progress since.
The reports continues there is a 'tense calm' between player and club as the Andalucians are not in a financial position to offer similar terms to those from the Baggies, prompting further rumours of a move in January.
