Newly elected UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin believes the playing rivalry between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi is good for football.
Ceferin, who won 42 of the 55 votes to be elected president ahead of Michael Van Praag was responding to a question regarding which player he preferred by Marca.
"They're both good for football, one has certain things better than the other," the 48-year-old explained.
"Ronaldo is pure power, strength, determination whereas Messi is more of an artist.
"Who is better? It's the same question for Real Madrid and Barcelona – they are both good for football!
