Reports: United target Griezmann

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly made Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann his number one transfer target for next summer.

Griezmann is seen as a long-term replacement for current captain Wayne Rooney at Old Trafford, and Mourinho has informed his board to lay the foundations for any future deal, according to the Bleacher Report.

Mourinho reportedly believes that the French forward will push for a move to leave Atletico next summer, with the Premier League in England his preferred destination.

The 25-year-old netted 32 times for Atletico last season, and also won the Golden Boot at this summer's European Championships, where he scored six goals.
