Luis Suarez is happy Barcelona have signed Valencia’s Andre Gomes and believes Atletico Madrid’s Luciano Vietto would fit in too.
Gomes was on Thursday confirmed by Barca and Vietto has been strongly linked, Suarez saying both players have something to offer the champions.
“Vietto is a great player, and I liked him when he played for Villarreal. He’s not had many chances at Atletico, but his quality is beyond doubt. He’d certainly fit in nicely here,” Suarez said, Mundo Deportivo reports.
“Whichever forward comes, he’ll be well-received. He’ll come to add to the team and to work. Rotations? We always agree when the Coach makes rotations.
“Gomes was one of Valencia’s most eye-catching players. He can help us and contribute a lot. He’s a player who creates imbalance and can use both feet. We’re happy to have him.”
