Barcelona’s search for a fourth forward has landed on Deportivo La Coruna attacker Lucas Perez, reports say.
Sport claims Lucas is the latest target of the Catalans after Barca missed out on Nolito, who joined Manchester City, the club looking for back-up to Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
Barca are said to have contacted Depor, the player and his agent to register their interest and support is growing at Camp Nou for the 27-year-old’s arrival, though he wasn’t top of the list and was told as much.
But he’s considered to be a good age and would be available at a reasonable price, possibly around €12m plus add-ons despite having a €20m clause.
Sevilla have also been linked but Barca are said to be in first place in Lucas’ order of preference should he leave Riazor.
