Former Villarreal and Levante forward Giuseppe Rossi believes Italy are favourites when they meet Spain in Euro 2016.
Rossi, who ended last season with Les Granotes but was unable to prevent relegation, has said he expects the Azzurri to trump La Roja when they meet in the last 16.
“Italy look very good to me. I see them as favourites against Spain. It will be difficult but I have great confidence in them,” he told Sky Sport, AS reports.
“They are playing a great tournament and all have wanted to win and show their talent. That’s what they’re doing.”
