Nolito says “it’s free to dream” after his brace against Bosnia-Herzegovina all-but-confirmed his place in Spain’s squad for Euro 2016.
The Celta Vigo forward scored his first international goals on Sunday to boost his chances of featuring in France, and he insisted those strikes would not be the pinnacle of his Roja career.
“I try to do my best, like I do for my club,” he said after the game.
“I had another chance [for the hat-trick], but I’m happy for the victory and two goals. I have to keep working hard.
“Everyone knows that the national team are at a high level, but it’s free to dream and I’m available to the Coach, who calls the shots.”
