Football Leaks claim Atletico Madrid sold 30% of the rights to midfielder Koke to a company based in the Republic of Ireland.
AS reports that an agreement signed by chief executive Miguel Angel Gil Marin has appeared on the website, for a deal agreed in 2013 with Quality Football Ireland.
Atletico received €3m for the sale and hold the remaining 70% of the player’s contract.
Koke renewed his deal at Vicente Calderon in 2014, until 2019, and the Irish company had the right to maintain their share of his contract or receive compensation for their percentage, with all rights returning to Atleti. It’s not revealed what option was taken.
