Neymar, Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu and his predecessor Sandro Rosell have all been called to testify regarding the forward’s 2013 transfer.

Neymar is to appear in the Audiencia Nacional, the national court, on February 2, while Rosell and Bartomeu appear in person the day before, Publico reports.

Cadena Ser and AS add that the case is investigation alleged fraud and corruption in the transfer after legal action begun by DIS, who owned part of Neymar’s registration when he was playing for Santos. Representatives from the Brazilian club have also been called to testify.

ABC Deportes note that DIS allege they didn’t receive the correct amount when Neymar joined Barca, as the true fee Barca paid was hidden.

It has been claimed Barca paid more than €80m for Neymar, with payments obscured and arranged through other methods.
