Paco Jemez’s comments following Rayo Vallecano’s 10-2 defeat to Real Madrid have seen the Coach reported to the Spanish Football Federation.
AS reports Jemez’s criticism of referee Iglesias Villanueva, who sent off both Tito and Raul Baena before the half-hour mark, has seen the Coach reported to the RFEF’s Competition Committee by the Referees’ Committee.
It’s noted that Jemez used words such as ‘shocking’ and ‘embarrassing’ as he evaluated the official’s display, though while an investigation is open, it won’t be concluded until late January.
