Valencia midfielder Enzo Perez could miss the rest of 2015 after sustaining a thigh injury against Lyon on Wednesday.
The Argentine was forced off in just the 24th minute of Los Che’s Champions League group decider, which ended 2-0 to OL, and the club have now confirmed a “grade II muscle injury in the femoral biceps of his right thigh”.
However, no recovery time was specified in the statement, although it is understood that he will not be able to participate in Sunday’s La Liga trip to Eibar.
