Celta Vigo captain Augusto Fernandez is a possibility for Atletico Madrid as Los Colchoneros look to replace Tiago Mendes.

Augusto recently renewed his deal at Balaidos with Celta only owning 50% of his contract, Velez Sarsfield retaining the rest.
AS notes that Augusto’s clause is €15m but if Velez agree to sell and Augusto wants the move, he can go for €5m and Celta would be unable to prevent him.
