The forward has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou this summer, having grown frustrated at the lack of first team opportunities on offer.

However, Diario Sport say that Pedro wishes to know the outcome of the forthcoming elections before deciding whether or not to leave the European champions. Once the identity of the new Barca President is known, the Spain international will have a clearer idea of where he stands in his current club’s pecking order.
