Four of the original seven candidates remain in the running as the race to become the next President of Barcelona hots up.
Ahead of the elections due to take place next week, the Camp Nou giants conducted a preliminary vote amongst its members, with each candidate required to gain at least 2,534 nominations in order to remain in contention.
Current President Josep Bartomeu was the clear winner of the vote, collecting 8,554 signatures in support of his candidacy.
He will be joined in the final round of voting by predecessor Joan Laporta, Agusti Benedito and Toni Freixa, all of whom also surpassed the minimum requirement to proceed to the next stage. .
