Everton have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona for €6m, with the Catalans retaining two repurchase options.
The attacker was understood to have been locked in talks with the Toffees over a permanent transfer earlier on Monday, and Sport are now claiming that negotiations have concluded successfully.
Luis Enrique has made it clear that he does not view the 21-year-old in his first-team plans at Camp Nou, prompting the player to seek a return to Goodison Park.
In similar vein to the deal that took Alvaro Morata to Juventus last year, Barca can buy Deulofeu back for €9m in each of the next two summers.
The Spain Under-21 international scored four goals in 29 appearances for Everton during the 2013-14 campaign.
