Busquets: Now two more!

Sergio Busquets rates La Liga as the most important trophy but wants Barcelona to complete the treble after sealing the League.

A Lionel Messi goal saw Barca beat former champions Atletico Madrid to clinch the Primera with a game to spare.

Barca still have the Copa del Rey and Champions League finals to come – against Athletic Bilbao and Juventus – and Busquets considered the three competitions after the final whistle at Vicente Calderon.

“Last year we struggled a lot, we weren’t at the level of champions,” the midfielder recalled, AS reports.

“This year we were on the right track. This is the first. Now it’s time to celebrate because it is the most difficult competition, you face all the teams.

“It’s the most important, it’s all year, you play everyone home and away. The Champions League is the most prestigious but this is more important.

“You can’t win every year. The cycle isn’t over. We’re a very young team. There’s a lot of players here from the Pep era.

“Now we have one trophy, we’re missing two and there’s two games. It’s an historic season.”
