Pedro Rodriguez has described his situation at Barcelona as ‘difficult’ after making a rare start in the 4-0 win over Almeria.
The winger came in for the benched Neymar and created Luis Suarez’s second goal of the game, Barca’s fourth, and spoke to reporters following the final whistle.
“I enjoyed playing again. We got three points and that’s most important,” he said, AS reports.
“I decided to pass to Suarez because he was alone. I’m happy with the assist. The main objective was the victory. Every game costs you something and the defenders did a good job.
“We had more possession in the second half and we were able to finish the game.
“I’m in a difficult situation. When the time comes I will talk to the club.
“We are where we want to be. Now comes the most important part of the season.”
