Record-breaking Bravo wants more

Claudio Bravo won’t rest on his laurels despite setting a new record for minutes without conceding in the Barcelona goal.

Bravo’s clean sheet against Rayo Vallecano took him to 630 minutes without conceding and said that while he’s happy with the landmark, it’s the team’s results that count most of all.

He also insisted he would keep working to iron out any flaws in his game.

“More than the record, what matters is the win against a tough opponent,” he said, Marca reports, following the 2-0 victory.

“They pushed us and unsettled us, so we take tremendous happiness in the fact we won.

“But I’m not satisfied at all because I always want to improve and there are always details to work on.

“I’ll keep working in the same way but apart from the individual I’ll stay with my team.

“We have large, tremendous expectations and I believe in the same. It’s an internal fight we all have, every day.”
