Line-ups: Costa Rica-Greece

Keylor Navas and Orestis Karnezis are in goal for Costa Rica and Greece respectively in their World Cup Round of 16 meeting.

Navas, of Levante, and Karnezis, on loan at Granada from Udinese, take the gloves for what ranks as one of the more unlikely World Cup knockout games in history.

Costa Rica escaped Group D, also containing Uruguay, Italy and England, while Greece edged their way past Ivory Coast and Japan to join Colombia in the latter stages.

The Central Americans make two changes from the dead rubber draw against England, recalling Christian Bolanos and Michael Umana, while Greece include Andreas Samaris, who netted after coming on against Ivory Coast.

Costa Rica: Navas; Duarte, Gonzalez, Umana; Gamboa, Ruiz, Borges, Tejeda, Bolanos, Diaz; Campbell

Greece: Karnezis; Torosidis, Manolas, Sokratis, Cholevas; Maniatis, Karagounis; Salpingidis, Samaris, Christodoulopoulos; Samaras
