Barcelona icon Johan Cruyff says the Blaugrana’s title rivals Atletico Madrid deserve to win La Liga.
Heading into the final two matches of the season, both teams have their destiny in their own hands, due to the prospect of their final day head to head meeting at Camp Nou.
However, the former Barca player and Coach believes the Rojiblancos have had an exceptional season and would be worthier champions of Spain this time around.
“Atletico deserve this League more,” Cruyff told reporters at a publicity event. “Even if they lose it, which could happen, they will have had an exceptional season.
“Everything is in Atletico’s hands. You can’t doubt anything about this team.”
