Valencia trio impress Del Bosque

Spain Coach Vicente del Bosque has spoken highly of Valencia trio Paco Alcacer, Dani Parejo and Juan Bernat.

Mundo Deportivo reports that while at the opening of a new football academy in Valencia, Del Bosque was asked about the three players.

“The development of Alcacer reinforces the opinions of everyone who has backed him for many years,” Del Bosque said.

Del Bosque also suggested that he would be willing to take Alcacer to the World Cup, if his form demanded it.

“[Parejo] came to Valencia as a great player and now he is playing very well. He’s one of the team’s strongest players,” the former Real Madrid technician added.

“[Spain] never used to have any left-backs but suddenly Jordi Alba appeared, and we decided to play him,” Del Bosque continued.

“Before that we had none and now we have Alba, Alberto Moreno, Nacho Monreal and even Juan Bernat.”
