Carles Puyol today completed a part of training with the rest of the Barcelona squad as he continues his recovery from injury.
The Catalan side took part in the session to prepare for this weekend’s La Liga match with Real Betis, following last night’s Champions League draw with Atletico.
According to a report by Marca, the veteran defender took part in a group exercise with his teammates before doing other individual work.
Puyol has already announced he will leave Camp Nou in June but is striving to return to first team action in time to play a part in the closing stages of the season.
