Marc Bartra has indicated that Barcelona will ‘give everything’ to beat Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
The Blaugrana drew 1-1 with the capital club at Camp Nou this evening in the first leg of their European last eight clash.
“1-1 isn't best result, but we reacted well after their goal,” he told reporters after the match.
“Atletico have a great team. We'll give everything to turn this around.”
The young defender also wished teammate Gerard Pique the best, after he was subbed off in the 11th minute.
“I hope Pique recovers as soon as possible. It's not yet clear if he can play the return game. We hope he can.”
