Bernd Schuster praised his Malaga side after they beat Celta Vigo 2-0 on Friday evening.
Two goals from Ignacio Camacho gave the Costa del Sol outfit all three points at the Balaidos last night, to move them up to 12th place in the table.
And the German tactician admitted that his men were worthy winners.
“We deserved a victory as we worked really hard tonight,” he told a Press conference.
“The team has improved a great deal. Following last week’s match against Madrid, the team has had the right attitude towards play and shown impressive teamwork.
“We made the most out of our scoring opportunities tonight, and after Duda was sent off, we reacted well and put the brakes on Celta.
“We had a good run in the first half of the season, but our last two away victories have really been the best medicine for the team.
“We’re much more secure on the pitch and team morale is high.”
