‘It doesn’t matter who we draw’

Sergio Ramos has insisted that it doesn’t matter who Real Madrid get in the draw for the Champions League quarter-finals.

Los Blancos beat Schalke 3-1 this evening to cruise through to the Last Eight 9-2 on aggregate.

And the defender has admitted that his men will take on anyone in the next round, and has wished Jese Rodriguez all the best after he was stretchered off with a potential knee injury.

“The beauty of this competition is big games with big opponents, we have no preferences in the draw on Friday,” he told reporters.

“The Jese injury spoils this victory a little. It might be serious but we have to wait for the test.”
