Valencia Coach Juan Antonio Pizzi has been named La Liga’s Coach of the month after Los Che went unbeaten.
Pizzi oversaw a win against Barcelona as well as victories from games against Real Betis and Granada and a draw against Sevilla.
March didn’t start so well, however, as Valencia were beaten by Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.
But a panel of four former players named Pizzi as the top flight’s best Coach for last month. Ernesto Valverde, Coach of Valencia’s next opponents, Athletic Bilbao, had won January’s award.
Gaizka Garitano of Eibar was given the trophy for the best Coach in the Seugnda.
